It turns out I’m capable of taking an unscheduled daytime nap if I don’t take Adderall that day

I woke up on the couch. I expected to look at the time and see 3 AM or 4 AM. Nope, the time was 7:26 PM. I took a nap, and I can’t believe that happened.

It feels pretty damn good. I’ve got time to get some stuff done. For example, my HRV is going to a Turo Guest at 8 AM tomorrow, and the vehicle needs sanitizing with disinfectant and the ozone generator.

As a matter of fact, I’m typing this post in the Notes app using Dictation while driving to the Space and Rocket Center in the Clarity to pickup the HRV.

Coincidentally this morning, I didn’t take my Adderall XR because I woke up too late. I think it’s safe to say that me being able to take a daytime nap today is directly related to not having Adderall in my system. I feel like I just unlocked a new achievement.
