All the advantages of a gas stove are overshadowing by one anxiety-triggering quality: gas.
I’m currently developing the habit of lighting the burner when turning on a stove eye. Let’s see how many times I smell the gas in the room before I realize I forgot to click lite on the knob. I’m up to 0–2 right now.
